Unique lumbar patchwork cushion cover made from different ethnic vintage textiles:
- mud cloth from Mali (light brown fabric)
- natural colour / pale pink Hmong hemp from Vietnam, taken from vintage skirts
- a strip of Baoulé cloth (blue, white and pink)
- two hand-stitched patches, one from a mud cloth, the other one from an African indigo cloth (fish)
The pillow case closes with a metal vintage zipper and is lined with interfacing.
Width: 68cm or 27 inches
Height: 40cm or 16 inches
The cover comes without the insert. If you need a custom insert, feel free to convo me.
Care instructions: hand-wash in cold or lukewarm water, iron hot. Please take care when inserting the pillow.
*Please bear in mind that the vintage fabrics I use sometimes have small flaws, such as staining, small holes or patched-up areas. Mostly, they are not very noticeable, and they often add character to the piece!*
